CA DMV PLAYED ME OUT OF MY MONEY!
MY LICENSE HAS BEEN PENDING FOR 88 DAYS AND NOW ITS EXPIRED AND TO RENEW IT THEY WANT THE FULL $31 DOLLARS. IS THAT FAIR THAT I NEVER GOT TO USE A ID THAT I PAID $26 FOR IN OCTOBER AND STILL OWE YOU THEM THE REGULAR AMOUNT TO RENEW MY LICENSE? I THINK MY $26 THAT WAS TAKEN FROM ME SHOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THE RENEWAL PRICE!!! WHO AGREES WITH ME?
